* Returns are eligible for store credit only within 30 days *

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Before shipping, order cancellation will result in a 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing lovethreadsclothing@gmail.com
Items eligible for return are unworn, unwashed items, free of odors, stains, pet hair, etc with tags still attached
Once approved, returns can be mailed to 713D East Greenville St. #157, Anderson, SC 29621
Cosmetics, Skin Care, Food Items and Clearance are NOT returnable, they are final sale
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim
